Our Intelligent Approach

Our team of experts dive deep into your business, creating tailor-made plans to reduce cleaning costs and boost efficiency. We help our customers clean better, breaking down their hygiene practices and finding opportunities for improvement.

Smarter cleaning methods help to reduce staff absences; just a 2% drop in cleaning staff absences can lead to a £20,000 saving per £1 million turnover! Now that’s cleaning that pays.

Environmental excellence

We take our environmental responsibility seriously, integrating social, ethical and moral incentives into our strategy. We align with our clients’ sustainability goals, assessing their infrastructure and supply chain to find greener alternatives where we can.

Packaging with purpose

We track packaging across our product line to ensure sustainable choices. While recyclable, most packaging often ends up as commercial waste! Initiatives like our take-back programmes for manufacturer recycling and the new PVA cleaning range lead the charge in reducing waste.

Fighting against plastic

We're on a mission to slash plastic use across our product range. We hold packaging data for all our products to help us advise on low-impact options for our customers. For companies who need an extra hand, we also offer plastic collection services.

Zero waste to landfill

We’re proud to audit all our waste streams and are now an accredited zero waste to landfill organisation. Here are our recycling stats for 2022:

10.5

tonnes of glass & metals

82

tonnes of paper

10

tonnes of plastic

20

tonnes of wood

Concentrated chemicals

Less is more: super-concentrated products

Did you know one bottle of super concentrated product can save nearly 10kg of plastic waste? Many chemicals we sell come in super concentrate form and are diluted on-site to reduce packaging and water usage.

Treebourne

Partnering with Treebourne

Clean energy: solar panels

Most of our energy comes from clean, self-generated power thanks to the solar panels on our warehouse roof. If we produce surplus energy, we send it back to the grid; it’s all part of our mission to shrink our carbon footprint.

Tree planting and park cleans

For years, our team has been planting trees at a pond close to our offices. Today, the area has grown into a beautiful spot for the community and the trees have absorbed over 7,140kg of carbon along the way! We’ve also participated in a number of Park cleans with Plastic Free Eastbourne, a group dedicated to caring for our planet.

Conflict materials

We’re transparent over our product sourcing and ensure our materials are ethically sourced. Since 2021, we’ve been working with suppliers to determine whether any palm oil derivatives are used in the products we sell. We’re dedicated to knowing exactly what materials are in the products we sell, particularly when it comes to tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold.
