Supporting Webb
If you ask a Webb donor why they support the school or the museum, they will often respond with a common sentiment—community. It is the heart and soul of the Webb ethos, and we are incredibly grateful that our community includes alumni, parents, and friends who give generously and selflessly year after year to support the Webb experience for today's students and future generations.
We celebrate the role philanthropy has played in our story. The dormitories, classrooms and laboratories, theaters, athletic facilities, dining hall, chapel, and faculty homes—each of these tells a tale of someone special who found a way to give back and demonstrate their values and legacy. The same is true of endowed scholarship funds, faculty development and program funds, and more. And, of course, the glue that binds together our margin of excellence each year is The Webb Fund. It helps us provide innovative and dynamic experiences for students in the classroom, on campus, in the Greater Los Angeles region, and beyond.
The Webb we know today has been built on our community's loyalty, determination, and generosity. We honor and thank each of you for your gifts, big and small, and their impact on Webb students, faculty, and staff.

I was lucky enough to receive a need-based scholarship that covered the majority of my tuition. I could not have attended Webb without that support, and I try to pass that gratitude on with a gift to Webb each year. Attending Webb was like starting college at the age of thirteen. Webb modeled honesty and integrity for me from a very young age, and a significant part of who I am as a person today is because of the people I met there. -

My wife and I have given to Webb annually for as long as I can remember, and I recently celebrated my 50th reunion at Webb with a five-year pledge to the Webb Fund. Looking back, my wonderful Webb teachers dedicated their lives to educating us and broadening our horizons. My great Webb experience underpinned my achieving the top GPA in my freshman year at college and it continued to support me through graduate school. Webb is the reason for my fulfilling career and life. I have sought to express my gratitude to Webb by helping new generations of students enjoy similar experiences through annual giving that supports financial aid and faculty hiring! -

I've been meaning to give to Webb for a while, and my 20th reunion finally pushed me to follow through. It reminded me how much I support Webb's mission and the unique education it provides—not just academics, but the environment and character-building experience that sets Webb apart from other schools. Seeing my kids surrounded by my classmates—loved by them and vibing off our class's closeness—was incredible. My 5-year-old still talks about how he’s going to Webb when he’s "10." As a parent, I know how easy it is to compare schools, but the reunion reinforced that Webb offers something truly unmatched: a community where students are inspired by motivated peers and mentors, building bonds that last a lifetime. At my law firm, my partners pay for CEO networks to find peers. I just call my Webb classmates. I believe in the power of the Webb network and want to support its future for generations to come.
