Refund policy

Return of goods
Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided that they are unused and in the same condition as when received. They must also be in their original packaging.

Goods that have been used or opened are not accepted for return.

We also do not accept intimate or hygiene products, hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases.

All shipping and tax fees for both the outward and return journeys are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may be charged.

Return and refund arrangements (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Special offer returns (if applicable)
Special offers are not eligible for return or refund.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over HK Dollars $500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund of shipping fee
In the following cases, the shipping fee will not be refunded

  • Delivery delay (except for the freight company to bear the compensation, WGC will not be responsible for all delay compensation, please visit the relevant transportation provider webpage for details)
  • The address of the consignee cannot be delivered, WGC will charge all the transportation fees, and the consignee will also need to pay the return fee (if any)
  • If the consignee refuses to clear customs or pay taxes, WGC will charge all the transportation fees, and the consignee will also need to pay the return fee (if any)

Return handling fee and restocking fee
WGCShop will charge a 15% handling fee and a restocking fee for returns due to personal reasons. The buyer is responsible for all risks during the return process, such as loss/damage/unable to clear customs, etc.

#Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of receipt or pick up of goods

Cancellation fee (unshipped orders)
Due to the change of service platform policy, all successful/canceled orders are subject to platform service fee.
For some customers who often cancel their orders for no reason, which increases our platform fees and processing time, we have no choice but to charge a cancellation fee.

If you would like to change your order, you can contact us to do so, no need to cancel the order and re-order it.

  • If the ordered item is out of stock

CANCELLATION FEE REQUIRED**

  • If there are no out-of-stock items in your order and the order is cancelled for purely personal reasons, WGC Shop will charge the following fees**
  • If your order has out-of-stock items and you cancel your order after the items arrived, WGC Shop will charge the following fees**

**The order cancellation fee is as follows :

  • 2% platform transaction fee (minimum handling fee of HK$15) - when the order status is All Items In Stock and Unfulfilled.
  • 5% handling and restocking fee (minimum handling fee of HK$30) - when the order status is All Items In Stock and All Collected / Fulfilled.
  • 15% handling fee - when the order contains any type of modification work and the work is already being processed.
  • 25% handling fee - when the order contains any type of modification work and the work has been completed.

Bank charges for wire transfer orders will not be refunded.

Refund procedure will only be done after the buyer agrees and accepts these terms
