Yoga poses are guided while sitting, standing, and on the floor.  Modified poses are offered to all for typical aging conditions.  This class is designed for seniors 60+ who wish to safely participate in standing and floor poses and want to receive the benefits of a regular yoga class.  All ages welcome. Beginner Yoga focuses on alignment, breath and awareness for a stress reducing and meditative approach to yoga practice. Kripalu yoga is often called Meditation in Motion. Each class ends with a deliciously deep relaxation.  You need it more than you know. All classes are Live-Streamed Online Zoom.

Moderate Yoga offers strengthening and flexibility through a wider range of poses for continuing students. Explore willful surrender through holding to tolerance and beyond. Develop concentration and focus. Spontaneous flow is encouraged. All classes are Live-Streamed Online Zoom.
