Cleusa Ferri

Psychiatrist and epidemiologist, Dr Ferri has contributed to several international initiatives (GBD, MhGAP, STRiDE, 10/66 DRG, MUTUAL, CST-International). She is a member of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Panel of Alzheimer’s Disease International and has contributed to a number of ADI World Alzheimer Reports. Her research is focused on the epidemiology of late-life mental disorders and their care provision in low-resourced settings. She has been working with the Brazilian Ministry of Health and other organizations on initiatives to improve the lives of older people, particularly those with dementia, and their families.
