Overview

This instruction manual describes scope, purpose and provides instructions on how to conduct tabletop simulation on Infection prevention and control (‎IPC)‎ standard and transmission-based precautions implemen-tation. The aim of the tabletop simulation is to improve knowledge of health care providers on standard and transmission-based precautions and skills to implement them at the facility level including in resource-limited settings. The tabletop simulation is designed for public health professionals, IPC specialists and hospital administration. This guide should be used as a part of game set with elements for simulation exercise.
