Motivation
To provide a link in to Japanese national athlete biographies held by JAAF website, using a formatter URL and a string (usually name with underscores). There is an historic numeric model which serves up redirects on the website, which is leveraged by a template at Japanese Wikipedia. It is unclear how numeric IDs could be derived for newer athletes, however, hence proposal to store the name strings found at website front end. Sillyfolkboy (talk) 18:41, 11 April 2018 (UTC)
