Motivation
[edit]PeakVisor provides information about the mountains (and hills) of the world. It also has separate entries for mountain ranges, using a different URL format from the one for individual peaks. Information about mountain ranges includes number of peaks, highest point, highest peaks, most prominent peaks, and links to the individual peak descriptions.
