The 2023 Epsom and Ewell Borough Council election took place on 4 May 2023, to elect all 35 members of Epsom and Ewell Borough Council in Surrey, England. This was on the same day as other local elections across England. New ward boundaries came into effect for this election, reducing the number of seats from 38 to 35.[2]

Following the results, the council remained under control of the Residents Associations of Epsom and Ewell.[3][4]
