Please stop removing content from Kimberley Walsh

[edit]

Whether you are really Kimberley Walsh or not, no one 'owns' a Wikipedia page. If there are factual errors on the page, you can remove those (with a note on the talk page explaining why). You've left only one note in the talk space, and it doesn't explain which specific pieces of information on the page are untrue. But what you're doing now- removing almost all of the page's content' is considered vandalism, and you can find yourself blocked from contributing to Wikipedia for doing it. -FisherQueen 13:28, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Talk page

[edit]

If you want to talk with other editors about the Kimberley Walsh article, use the talk page at Talk:Kimberley Walsh- that way, anyone who works on the article will see what you have to say, where I'm pretty much the only person who reads my talk page. I don't see anything there that looks like an 'attack page,' and most of it seems to be cited, but if there are factual inaccuracies, or important details missing, they should be corrected. It's just not okay to cut the article back to a stub, especially without giving specific reasons for your objections. -FisherQueen 19:05, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

By the way

[edit]

If you haven't found them already, here's a link to the policy on biographies of living people, which includes some information for people who are the subjects of biographies. I honestly don't see the 'attack page' in Kimberley Walsh, but I am wrong sometimes, so feel free to use the information there in whatever way is useful. -FisherQueen 19:21, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest

[edit]

Please read our conflict of interest and autobiography policies. Take them into account when editing here. Being the person who is the subject of an article gives you no extra authority. HighInBC (Need help? Ask me) 03:40, 1 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

I am blocking this account indefinitely until you can demonstrate you are really Kimberley Walsh. This is being done due to our username policy which forbids names that resemble that of a celebrity unless you are said celebrity.

This block will be lifted if you can demonstrate you are Kimberley Walsh. You are also welcome to create a new username. This is done to prevent damage to the identity of the celebrity in quesstion. HighInBC (Need help? Ask me) 00:57, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
