Neologism appeared in 2011 mostly by the work of one editor, and since then most of the citations establishing its existence seem to have been removed automatically as they were blacklisted for being self promotion. Further little work has been done to expand it since its inception ,and a quick google search for "activism 2.0" shows it being used as buzzwords in disparate contexts, with not unified concrete established usage. The remaining citations appear to be a small number of WP:UGC, which establish the definition of "slacktivism" and not the namesake of the article itself.
