Andrew "Carter" Brown

Article previously PRODed, PROD template was removed without explanation. Player appears to fail WP:ATHLETE - Belize's league is not fully professional, and the claim that he played in the French 2nd division appears to be false (see Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Football#Andrew_.22Carter.22_Brown for discussion).
