Weak keep per WP:BARE. I note that at 24 stories, it's not automatically notable as a skyscraper as far as I'm concerned. There is coverage, although some of the sources are not the best. For the record, I don't think that Hilton hotels are automatically notable. The past record of similar hotels has been spotty; see "deletes" at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Hilton_Hotema, Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Jeddah_Hilton_Hotel, Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Hilton_Liverpool_Hotel, Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Hilton_Cairo_Heliopolis, and Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/List_of_Hilton_Hotels, with Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Glasgow_International_Hilton_Hotel as a "no consensus".
