- Keep. He passes WP:PROF #C2 (the IEEE Technical Achievement Award), #C3 (IEEE Fellow), and #C8 (editor in chief of two journals), so notability is a lot clearer now than it was in the previous AfD when only #C8 was in play. Being an autobiography is not a good thing, but in this case it would be better dealt with by cleaning up the article (I've made a start but it needs a lot more) and possibly sanctioning the user who has been doing it (very likely unnecessary since the article was quite far out of date).—David Eppstein (talk) 06:37, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
