I cannot see significant coverage in reliable sources as required by the Notability guideline. Furthermore, the article is mostly unsourced; the sources cover either AVS, not OpenAVS (please note the difference, while AVS is the compression standard, OpenAVS is just one of the software products that implement the standard), or, if they cover OpenAVS, they're only web forums, and web forums are generally not reliable sources.—J.
