* WHERE...South Laramie Range and Foothills including the Interstate
80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie, Central Laramie Range and
Southwest Platte County, Central Laramie County, and East Laramie
County.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM MST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities occasionally below
one half mile in blowing snow and heavy falling snow.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Near blizzard conditions could be possible
further east, particularly in eastern Laramie County if heavier
snowfall bands can develop alongside strong gusting winds.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
