Brittany Place Apartments

I recently visited my daughter who lives in these apartments. the apartment rent is high considering the kitchen needs a complete renovation. Cabinets are old and the appliances are cheap. There is nothing special about the apt. The front door looks like someone tried to break in. The area has the feel of being unsafe with some unsavory types walking around. The neighbor above the apt has a dog that barks, yelps, scratches the floor/door all day. The office was notified a day ago but nothing done yet. My daughter will be moving out soon.
