They handled all the FMLA paperwork.
They handled all my medication's.

I was LIED to from the first phone call I made to Avenues to get some help for my sister. She was coming all the way from North Carolina and Avenues LIED to me over and over about their detox process. They accepted my sister, for the insurance money, of course. Then, just 3 days in, they called and said they could not handle her medically. They KNEW her situation up front, so why did they accept her if they couldn't handle her? AGAIN, insurance money! They transferred after only 3 days of being there. Very disappointing!! So horrible to play games with peoples lives. Like I said she came all the way to PA from NC.
