I had there early bird special Chicken fried chicken. I wouldn't call it great in fact I would say it was mediocre at best two greasy not much flavor. The salad was good and the French fries. It's at the bar watching the Georgia game and the bartender was great. Little busy especially during the game day. I would not recommend sitting at the bar unless you're watching TV because it's a little bit crowded. I had eaten there a couple weeks ago and had their steak and I was phenomenal picked one out when I came in and everything was great in the service was perfect. Exceptionally good steak for a chain.

This is my third time visiting this location since is close to my house. The first time was nice, we were surprised how the meat quality was better than Longhorn or Outback. Second time it's a little bit different, the meat is not as good as the first time. Third time (this time), we ordered medium rare for our steak, but turns out it became medium and almost medium well. But we all enjoyed their free bread and the sweet potato!
With all 3 visits, our servers were all nice and helpful. Especially with my parents not being fluent in English, even though I had busy hours, they still patiently listened to our orders.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 1, 2024Updated review1 check-in
Redeemed! We decided to try this place again and was glad we did. We arrived on a sunday to a packed place around 6:15. We were told the wait was 15 minutes ans was seated in 10 minutes. We are off to a great start. We were seated in the bar area where we were treated to a dance by the ladies. Also the hostess brought hot rolls and a bag of peanuts in the shell to the table. Last time we were here, they had shirts on that said, "I my job" this time, I believed it. Everyone was happy, cheerful, and helpful. Our waitress Kaitlyn was great throughout the meal. We ordered beer and wine to start and then she had the pork chop with mash potatoes and a house salad. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs, steak fries and a house salad. The salads were cold and tasty and came out first. A manager stopped by to check on us and make sure eveything was good. Next our entrees came, very tasty and plenty of food. We finished off with a cheesecake with straberry sauce, very tasty. This visit will have us coming back again. A job well done to all.

While the food is decent for the price point, the things that do not cost much like training, proper break areas, hygiene should be top notch or at least commensurate for the price paid for a dinner out.
Two things were observed, first near the kitchen entry and across from our table was a two seat booth that is apparently a break area. Aside from blocking other workers and a narrowed passage way by having five people hanging out talking and not about business. One girl brought her soured smelling rag she was and continiued to wipe tables with and placed it on the bus tray on the floor against the booth seat. It took us a while to figure out where the stinch (soured dirty dish towel) was coming from. My wife finally spotted the rag. At that time she picked up and headed off to clean more tables with that nasty rag. The smell left when she did. I know they are looking to hire people and I am sure it is hard to find people to work but, doing something half way looses customers. Our waiter, he did a good job but the rest of the experience muted his performance. Where is the manager? MIA? - Nov 2, 20241 check-in
Food was good! I ordered a baked potato, herb chicken and a salad. Delicious! I ended up sitting at the bar because it was a 20 minute wait, but it was a Saturday. I always love their rolls.

My husband and I thought we could beat the crowds and get an early dinner on NYE. We were surprised at how packed the parking lot was already. We did not have a long wait. Our food came out quickly and just what and how we ordered. We had a very sweet waitress that checked on us just the right amount. Our food was very good. We were very surprised that our service and our food were so good on a night they were so busy! Great job for them!

I have been to many other Texas Roadhouse locations and most were fantastic. This was not one of those. First off, they took us to a dirty table. We asked for it to be cleaned and then sat down. We ordered steaks and the waitress offered a loaded sweet potato. My friend didn't want all of the stuff, just marshmallows. She failed to tell us it would cost extra and when they did bring it out, it was inedible. They put this weird brown syrup all in the bottom and marshmallows on top of that and it was disgusting. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out closer to blue rare, as did my friend's. We barely got drink refills and when we brought these items to the waitress' attention she argued and said "well of course we charge for that." The point was though that they didn't mention it. After the bad (and rude) service paired with below average food, I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

Decent food. Servers are all good. Wished it wasn't so noisy in there...you can't hardly carry on a conversation! The rolls and butter are amazing

My family and I come here about 2-3 times a month and the service never fails us. The wait time for a table is never that long no matter how busy they appear to be. The wait staff is always on point and food is always great. Bring a parka though, this restaurant is always cold.
