Damaged or Defective Items:

Please reach out to customer support at [email protected] to report any damaged or defective items immediately upon delivery. It is important to submit a photo of the damage and the shipping package it arrived in for approval to receive a replacement. Any damages that take place outside of delivery can be exchanged within 15 days of receiving the order by emailing customer support.
