Before we provide a substantive response to your request, we may ask you for certain identifying information to confirm your identity and your right to access the personal information that we hold about you or that you are authorized to access this information if you are an agent. In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request to change, transfer, or provide details about your personal information. We may, at our option, maintain your personal information until you withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete or transfer the information, to the extent otherwise permitted by law.
Rights of California Residents
Some data protection laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Civil Code Section § 1798.83, provide California residents with certain rights in connection with personal information you have shared with us. If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights and we respect those rights:
· The right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared or sold, both as to the categories and specific pieces of personal information in the previous 12 months; We endeavor to respond to verified requests within 45 days, with a 45 day extension if we provide a notice within the first 45 day period (as applicable under the CCPA). California consumers may make up to two personal information requests in a 12-month period; Certain requests under California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 are specific to uses of personal information for direct marketing purposes;
· The right to delete personal information held by businesses and by extension, a business’s service provider;
· The right to opt-out of sale of personal information. Consumers are able to direct a business that sells personal information to stop selling that information. Children under the age of 16 must provide opt in consent, with a parent or guardian consenting for children under 13.
· The right to non-discrimination in terms of price or service when a consumer exercises a privacy right under CCPA.

Zak is not responsible for any practices employed by websites linked to or from our Website, nor their information or content. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Website to another website, this Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other Website are subject to that Website’s own rules and policies. Please read over those rules and policies before proceeding. Additionally, some content or applications, including advertisements, on or through the Services are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers and application providers. These third parties may use cookies, alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies, to collect information about you when you use our Services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act was created to protect children under the age of 13 from unsuspecting acts or practices in conjunction with collecting, using, and disclosing any information about them. Our Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Website or through our Services. In addition, users under 18 years of age are not allowed to make purchases. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian or otherwise believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us so that we can delete the child’s information. The Services will never knowingly accept, collect, maintain or use any information from a child under the age of 13. If a child whom we know to be under the age of 13 sends personal information to us online, we will only use that information to respond directly to that child or notify parents. Where appropriate, we may ask you to indicate your age to verify compliance with these policies.
CALIFORNIA AND DELAWARE “DO NOT TRACK” DISCLOSURES
California and Delaware law require us to indicate whether we honor “Do Not Track” settings in your browser concerning targeted advertising. “Do Not Track” is a standard that is currently under development. As it is not yet finalized, we adhere to the standards set out in this Privacy Policy and do not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests.
SECURITY
The safety and security of your personal information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do take many precautions to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to or through our Services.
