Licensed Use Agreement
You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and access Zema Global’s websites, services offered therein, and information posted for public use. Any other access or use shall constitute a trespass on Zema Global’s computer systems, shall constitute an infringement of Zema Global’s intellectual property, and an unlawful use of Zema Global’s assets. Individuals may not use the website in order to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material:

User Accounts
Certain areas of Zema Global’s websites permit you to hold an account with a user login ID and password to be granted to you by Zema Global. This may require you to provide some personal information to Zema Global. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested. Zema Global has the right, in its exclusive discretion, to suspend or terminate your current and future access to any password-enabled area of its websites, or to the website in its entirety, if, given any reasonable cause, Zema Global believes that you are in breach of this Agreement whatsoever.
Registration and Password

Security Rules
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this website, including, but without limitation:

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Zema Global may investigate any instances of violation. Zema Global may involve, and cooperate with, local and international law enforcement organizations in prosecuting users who are involved in any violations.

Zema Global is not to be held responsible for any delay or unavailability of its websites, or of any third party information contained therein, whether due to an act or omission of Zema Global or an act or omission of any third party, at any time and in any country, for any use described under the terms of this Agreement.
Zema Global does not warrant that its websites or any third party information contained therein will be error-free or that its websites and servers are free of bugs, computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful instruments. Zema Global’s websites and materials are provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties of any type or description. Zema Global offers no warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of continuous service, quality, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Zema Global offers no warranties with reference to the accuracy, reliability, relevance, completeness, or timely delivery of data, information, services, text, graphics, and links displayed on its websites, or those provided by third parties on its websites. In no event shall Zema Global, its suppliers, or any third parties associated with Zema Global’s websites be liable for any damages of any type or description, whether for bodily, moral, or material injury (including, but not limited to, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use Zema Global’s websites and/or information posted on Zema Global’s websites, whether based on warranty, contractual, or extra-contractual liability, or any other legal matters, and whether or not Zema Global is made aware of any such damages.
Limited Liability
In no event shall Zema Global be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Zema Global websites, or any of the services and information offered therein, however arising, including through negligence, even if Zema Global. has been advised of the prospect of such damages. In all other circumstances Zema Global’s total aggregate liability to you, or any third party, however arising, shall be limited to $10.00 (CDN).
