Lynnhaven Mall

As someone who was raised in VB but hasn't lived there in over 5 years, I'm surprisingly impressed with how Lynnhaven is still staying afloat while all the other malls in surrounding areas are closing. Obviously I miss the old vibes of older Lynnhaven but the recent changes definitely fit the new aesthetic that the city is acquiring.
I'd give it a 5 star but that food court ain't it... the old Lynnhaven had a second floor solely for that and now the food court is forced into one small area with not enough restaurant options or seating.
Other than that, I'm glad it's still thriving.

What a huge mall with plenty of things to do. Lots of stores, food court with a ray of choices, and a movie theater. There are a lot of places you can sit down to rest or eat. The Easter bunny was in attendance and there were a line of families waiting. I did not purchase anything from the mall.

I worked at Dillard's when I lived oceanfront Virginia Beach, as a weekend "gig" [2nd job]. It's been a minute, but based on recent reviews, it seems as if the mall is still in good shape, clean, well-managed, and plenty of on-site security.

Back then, parking was kinda tough. They needed more parking spaces. Even though I lived less than 8 miles from Lynnhaven, there's traffic. Because of having to "clock in," I recall numerous instances of jogging into Dillard's to try to beat the clock!

Dillard's was well stocked, well organized, and a nice place to work. It was also nice to have the extra spending money and to get an employee discount!

I'm happy to see this mall, in a land of dying malls, is still viably serving the Hampton Roads area.

Mall that I've went to ever since I was young, have seen it from a mall that had a upper floor to a walk in 1 floor mall. I remember this mall had a arcade and the upper floor and mass amount of restaurants to only a hand full of places to eat. A lot of changes to this mall good and bad. Still rate this mall 4 out of 5 rating. Due to only selective shopping areas. Still one of my favorite places to go on the weekend with my family

Shopping in Virginia Beach, Virginia...

My God daughter needed work clothes for her new job in Washington DC. Her mom (my friend from first grade) suggested that we go to Lynnhaven Mall because of the:

-free parking (we parked in the covered area
-air conditioning
-clean
-safe
-good lighting
-variety of shops (Dillards, JC Penney, Sephora, L.L. Bean, Loft, Old Navy, Forever 21, H&M, Barnes & Noble, Macy's, etc.)

This mall also has a Food Court. We didn't have anything here, but quite a few people looked like they were enjoying their dining experience.

AMC (movie theater) is also here. Maybe we'll have time to catch one of the latest films!

Lynnhaven Mall is Virginia Beach's premier shopping center. There's plenty of parking and lots of retail stores. The food court has a variety of foods.

Such a nice quiet mall with lots of shops. Compared to the mall closest to me. Haven't been since the remodel it looks so nice. Without the upstairs now it looks fancy. Most of the shops are more on the expensive side it seems.
We love the build a bear! Only location we know of!

If you have little kids the best thing for me was the family bathroom!! I was shocked how large and clean it was! It gave off the hotel vibe it was great! Lots of room for kids and a stroller.

This is my favorite mall due to the very large Sephora located inside. This Sephora has brands like beauty blender which is never in other Sephora's so I frequent this mall because of that. Also I enjoy the many stores and food places here. The best part is you don't have to pay for parking like at MacArthur and there's plenty of it. Even if you have to go park next door at other establishments there's just so much parking and entries to the mall it makes it so easy.

The shopping choices I feel like are better than other malls here as well. It contains a movie theatre, lots of open space and great lightening. On a nice summer sunny day, there's actually a lot of natural light that comes thru and makes it nice to order a drink from the Starbucks and sit down on the nice chairs and just people watch.

I've been coming here since I was 15. They done a good job keeping this mold modern and up-to-date. Decent movie theater attached but still no recliner seats. All of your standard mall stores.

The food court is one down side to this mall. When they had the 2nd floor and the food court was up there it was a 5 star mall. The mall seems like it is struggling. Hours have been cut down. So check before you go and think they are open. Also after a certain time young people cannot walk the mall by themselves. They must have an adult with them at all times, Stores come and go so check before you go if your going for a specific store.
