The Cheesecake Factory

I hadn't been here in quite some time. I came in right before the rush and the service was Excellent + Anthony was my server and he provided outstanding customer service today!

I ordered the Jamaican shrimp and the miso salmon for my entrées,, and ordered street corn, avocado eggs rolls and asparagus for my appetizers. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection.

I have had my issues with The Cheesecake Factory. It's been a love hate relationship but my recent visit for brunch was amazing and sets me up with hope for the future. Sabrina was our server and she made sure the drinks were full and we were never without bread. This was great because they were super busy and it was the weekend, but nibbling on bread makes the time go by so much quicker.

They had a great person on the pass making sure food made it's way out even though they were very busy. After a great meal (not ok, it was great) I found a manager named Sam to report to because if I am the type to complain (and I am) I need to let them know when they are doing good. And these guys did so well, I think my family and I will try to brunch here at least once a month.

I like cheesecake factories! I know people who hate it. They think it's plastic. My daughter loves Cheesecake factory and so do we.

The place looks like your typical Cheesecake factory. It's very large inside. I always do reservation here and they keep their promise when you reserve. I have done reservations at other Cheesecake factories and its hit or miss when you do a reservation. Not here! The service is always good and prompt. Place also looks clean, not bad at all.

The food here always taste great. It always comes out hot. I have been here several times and they have never failed, ever!

The employees are friendly, they know how to treat customers.

Price is typical Cheesecake price, middle price. Not bad at all!

Theres plenty of parking here. Its part of Stoneridge Shopping Mall. There is a lot of parking.

I would come here again. Just make a reservation. If you don't, you'll definetly have to wait a good 45 minutes at least.

I like coming here it's very close to home. It's one of my favorites to go to. The cheesecake is always amazing. The Adams with the peanut butter dab on the top is my all time favorite.

The staff are very nice we often get a booth - it's very roomy no matter how many people we have. I like that they go the extra effort for the booths .

The food is always good - the Mexican salad is one of my favorites. It's filling and there is always enough.

The spicy tacos is another favorite.

The staff are nice and patient with all the different people - it has to be hard dealing with all the different personalities.

I will be back as I have for the last 30 years- love their cheesecake - love their food. Big portions and lots of love .

I've been going to this Cheesecake Factory since I was in high school!
Interior looks like any other Cheesecake Factory locations.

Big portions and their pasta and chicken dishes are still bomb.
I got the farfalle with chicken and roasted garlic subbed with the Louisiana Parmesan crusted chicken. Yum. But what amazed me was their miso salmon! Would recommend this one - super flavorful and the miso glaze is amazing.

4 stars because the service was slow even on a Wednesday night.

Got a cheesecake slice to go.

It was already ready when I arrived: wow.
Service was efficient and exceptional.

Ambiance was very nice: nice decor, easy to find the cheesecake counter.

Will come again.

Went to their Sunday brunch this morning and gotta say pleasantly surprised,it was great!!!
Great menu,good service overall just a pleasant experience.I had the monti Cristo hadn't had one in ages not on alot of restaurants menus and it was good,I had it with breakfast potatoes but other choices are available. Also had one of their recommended breakfast cocktails and it was very tasty.Not busy at all when we got there at 11 but by the time we left it was standing room only so make reservations.

I haven't been to Cheesecake Factory in years and was not let down when I went! After a long and tiring shopping trip, it's a nice sit-down restaurant to completely unwind and eat good food.

I ordered the Skinnylicious Mexican Tortilla Salad with the dressing on the side. Please note that this salad comes with the tostada on the bottom so pull it out and give it all a good mix!
The size of this salad is out of this world. It's easily 1.5 or 2 meals because of the sheer amount of lettuce there is. I was really happy with the ratio of lettuce to toppings because of the variety it has- beans, corn, tomato, chicken, guacamole- it has it all. The dressing is very light and delicious, and I recommend getting it on the side so you can take the remainder of the salad to-go.

The service was a little slow, but the restaurant was at capacity when we sat down. Our waitress did a great job despite the dinner rush and was very attentive and kind! I would definitely come back here for a similar experience.

Cheesecake has improved and quality is back like it used to be. The last five times we've been here it was so good.

Only complaint is we do not like the new style of the zucchini sticks!! Awful that we returned them. Originally they were bigger sticks of zucchini. Now it's a thin shaved off piece and dried up after it's fried.

The service is good but I ordered the orange chicken and it was cold, dry, and had no orange flavor. They were nice enough to take it off the bill but I couldn't even eat half of it it was so bad. I'm also had an Irish coffee and a hard cider which was good. And the bathrooms needed serious attention
