비틴커(Bitinckere)는 알바니아 코르처 카운티에 있는 마을이다.[1]2015년 지방 정부 개혁에서 그것은 자치 단체인 데볼의 일부가 되었다.[2]그 마을은 해발 700-1000미터에 있다.[3][4]
