두자타워는 아랍에미리트 두바이에 있는 191m(627피트)짜리 복합 초고층 건물이다.53층이다.[1][2]이 건물은 ZAS 설계사와 국가공학국(National Engineering Bureau)이 설계했으며, 구조 설계는 Port Saed Engineering이 설계했다.[4]또 나세르 뢰타 부동산이 개발했다.[3]이 타워는 2009년에 착공하여 2017년에 완공되었다.[4]
2020년 2월 20일 저녁, 건물 덮개 윗부분에서 화재가 발생했다.이에 주민들은 대피해 인근 건물로 대피했다.내셔널은 그렌펠 타워 화재와 비슷한 클라딩이 발생했다고 보고했다.부상자는 보고되지 않았다.[7]2020년 2월 22일, 거주자들은 건물로 돌아갈 수 있도록 허용되었다.[1][2][3]
