'위기가 아닌 정의'는 영국 버밍엄에서 사회주택 확대를 위한 직접 행동 압력 단체다.[1]

역사

'위기가 아닌 정의'는 2008년 이 무어와 스티브 오스틴에 의해 설립되었다. 그들의 첫 번째 행동은 버밍엄 시의회가 소유한 불용한 땅 위에 건설된 텐트 도시인 존 라인 노숙자 마을이었다. [2]

당초 계획은 버밍엄 시의회가 사회주택 건설을 희망하는 주택조합에 토지 매각을 거부해 관심을 끌기 위해 이틀 동안 이 땅을 점거하는 것이었다.[3] 이들이 쫓겨나자 시위대는 도로를 따라 제2의 장소로 이동했다.[4]

그 이후로 그들은 에드바스톤의 파이어버드 펍(2008)과 [5]브리스톨 로드의 벡우드 호텔(2009)[6] 그리고 워릭셔 카운티 크리켓 클럽이 소유한 주택과 토지(2009) 등 여러 다른 건물과 지역을 무단 점유했다.[7]
