Leucopogon oliganthus는 호주 [4]서부에서 발견되는 Ericaceae의 관목이다.
1904년 에른스트 게오르크 프리첼에 [1][2]의해 처음 기술되었고, 구체적인 별명인 올리건투스는 그리스어 "올리고스"와 "꽃"에서 유래하여 식물이 "보송보송하거나 작은 꽃"[5]을 가지고 있다고 묘사하는 형용사를 부여했다.
