림모 반도는 런던 이스트 엔드에 있는 뉴햄의 런던 자치구에 있는 캐닝 타운의 한 지역이다.그것은 리머스 근처의 리아 강 어귀에 있는 보우 크릭의 동쪽 둑에 놓여 있다.[1][2]
역사
그것은 크로스레일의 동쪽 방향 터널 지루한 기계들의 주요 작업 현장이었다.[1][2]2012년 크로스레일 현장에서 작업한 고고학자들은 템즈강 철공소와 조선 회사의 잔해를 발굴했다.[3][4]
2018년 사디크 칸은 2018년 크로스레일 공사를 완료한 후 이 12에이커의 부지가 1,500채 이상의 새 집을 가진 주거용으로 개발될 것이라고 발표했다.이 부지는 현재 Transport for London이 소유하고 있으며, 프로젝트에서 얻은 수입은 운송 시스템에 재투자되었다.[5][6]
어원
1990년대에 조성된 보우크리크 생태공원은 이전에는 림모 반도 생태공원으로 알려져 있었다.[7]
