로버트 로저 포터(Robert Roger Porter, 1977년 10월 25일 출생)는 도널드 트럼프 대통령의 백악관 비서실장을 2017년 1월 20일부터 2018년 2월 7일까지 역임한 미국 변호사 겸 전직 정치 보좌관이다. 그는 이전에 미국 유타주 오린 해치 상원의원의 비서실장이었다.

포터는 두 전 부인의 가정폭행 의혹이 세간의 주목을 받은 후 백악관 참모총장직을 사임했다.[1]

초년기

포터는 매사추세츠 주 벨몬트와 워싱턴 D.C.에서 자랐다.[2] 그는 로저 B의 아들이다. 조지 H. W. 부시 대통령의 전 보좌관이자 현재 IBM 하버드대 경영학부 교수인 포터.[3] 2017년 5월 숨진 포터의 어머니 앤 포터는 하버드 던스터하우스 기숙사 교직원 딘이었다.[4] 고등학교를 졸업한 후, 포터는 미국 상원에서 인턴을 했다.[2]

교육

사생활

2003년에 포터는 콜비 홀더니스와 결혼했다;[18] 그들은 2008년에 이혼했고 그녀는 그가 결혼하는 동안 여러 번 그녀를 신체적으로 학대했다고 말했다.[19][18] 2009년에 그는 제니퍼 윌러비와 결혼했다. 반복적인 폭언 끝에 그녀는 2010년 그에 대한 접근 금지 명령을 받았다.[18] 그들은 2013년에 이혼했다.[18][19]
