Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing & delivery estimate

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times are currently 1-2 business days but my vary due to holiday sales.

Orders placed on the weekends or holidays should ship on the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

UPS Ground generally takes 5-7 business days from the time an order is received by UPS to arrival at your door, but can take longer.

USPS Priority Mail - Transit times can vary between orders. Please allow up to 14 business days.

We will not ship Delta-8 Products to states in which Delta-8 is illegal.

Shipping Delays

With the increase of online orders due to COVID-19 and the upcoming holiday season, we ask that you plan ahead and reorder when you have half of your current product consumed. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Carrier delivery times are beyond our control. Please note that shipping and processing times are separate.

Shipping Insurance

ZPE partnered with ShipTection for packaging protection. We recommend adding ShipTection package protection at checkout to all orders. ShipTection protects you in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If ShipTection package protection is not purchased, ZPE is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Claims can be filed directly at https://claims.insureship.com/lookup or file a claim using our chat bot at https://www.shiptection.com.

Shipping rates

Within the U.S., shipping fees are determined by the weight of the items being shipped.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. You can track your order status by clicking on the tracking number that is provided in your order shipment confirmation email.

Shipment marked as Delivered

When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status. Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:

  • USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
  • Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
  • If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim or file a claim with Route if you purchased insurance at checkout. Zero Point Extraction cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were marked as delivered by the post office or stolen from a property.
