I am very happy with the service we receive from Ash Waste Services. They are reliable, come in time and have never missed a collection. The rep Romance W is very and very caring, ensuring we are happy with service. She is always willing to help with any thing that we need. Highly recommend.

Worst company, we have ever dealt with. Awful service! Numerous missed bin collections along with excuses. Rude staff. Constant chasing. A contract rolled on without notification and now a threat of termination fees if we leave unless notice is given within a small window of time which they are reluctant to give you dates for. I have never dealt with a company like this before. AVOID!!!
DO NOT USE!! If you do use them, make sure you read the small print terms and conditions (which are extremely focused on them and in their favor!).

The company is wonderful and I found Romance W very helpful and caring. She is a great asset for the company. The drivers, Mark and his partner are also very good and they collect on time and will make sure that a collection is made as agreed. Highly recommend this company.

I was mis-sold by the Ash Account rep. in OCT 2021 He said the contract was totally flexible. What he didn't mention was that the small print says the contract renews automatically, there is a small window to stop the renewal and they want a recorded letter to their General Manager to not renew.

I replied to the response last Thursday but have yet to have a reply to my latest email.

Totally mis-sold and I would think such restrictive terms in the contract wouldn't stand up in law.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEIR CONTRACTS ARE A TRAP!! HOUDINI WOULD FIND IT HARD TO GET OUT OF IT!!

The lease on our building is now up - they will probably try to continue to bill us!!

Incredibly poor service, rude customer services, repeated increases in prices, Roll over contract for 3 years with no escape, despite multiple failures to collect waste..........Avoid!!!

Constantly put prices up, say they will reduce it when I quote competitive prices from competition, this never happens. The contract makes it impossible to get out of! Staff leave waste on the floor, they leave the bin rolling down the yard. Avoid this company!

I had about 50 million questions setting up this account and transferring an old account to a new one. Dan sorted me out with one phone call. I didn't have to wait around for him to get back to me and it is 100% down to him that I have an account with ASH. He is an absolute credit to the company.

AWFUL service. Missed collection repeatedly. DO NOT use this company and if you do check contract carefully. They dont provide the service they are contracted to but dont allow you to cancel and get a proper company who say what they are going to do

Do not go with this company they are a disgusting company, trapping you into contracts that you don’t want. I have just sent my letter recorded delivery to cancel my last contract that I didn’t sign up for. Prices hiked up all the time. Wouldn’t stay with them even if they were free. So my contract that I didn’t sign up for is due to end June with my letter sent recorded no leg to stand to on now as this Will be the end to this awful company. Bins left open so then they are filled with rain STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!

Irregular collections. Would have to ring them up time and time again if I wanted them to fulfil the basics of their agreement. When I wanted to leave, due to their poor performance was told that I was in a rolling contract and would be held to it.
Very sad as they were once a good local company.
Further intransigence from the customer retention team leader who despite providing me with a copy of a 7year old contract with the words '12 month contract' written on it tells me I am still in contract. This guy is losing more customers than he is retaining!

Horrible experience with this company. Locked into a contact with what seems to be variable prices you have to monitor your invoices and keep calling to rearrange the tariff but will try to lock you into yet another contract. They have a terrible reputation within the waste service community, even their own staff don’t have a good experience working for them. Terrible reviews everywhere you look

Awful service, don’t always collect your bins and make up excuses or try to make out they have, no customer service, tie people into contracts and make it impossible to get out. Over charge for the bins and constantly add extra charges on, if your looking for a bin collection company I would stay away from these
