Friendly welcome greeting from Adele. Felt reassured from the off that this was a trusted reputable company. Every part of the trip was fully explained and all queries addressed in detail. Clear explanation of additional options which can be booked later with no pushy sales tactics. Adele was so friendly throughout the booking process and got the perfect balance of professionalism and friendly sincere service.
I went on their Highlights of India tour. Amazing holiday. Fantastic accommodation in surprisingly upmarket hotels for a package deal. Better than a cruise in the sense that you get to see a lot more of each place you visit. The tour guide Stuart worked tirelessly to make sure everything happened when it was supposed to happen, like arranging travel tickets etc. The local guide Raj was extremely knowledgeable about the places we visited, and what places they were. The Taj Mahal, the Agra Fort, the bustling cities of Delhi, Jaipur and Mumbai. A fantastic holiday, WELL worth the money, and I'll definitely book with them again. Maybe China next time...
Always great service from GR when booking - all your Agents - we spoke with Paul - are courteous, friendly and give good information. Paul was great as he followed up regarding some accommodation needed for the tour and we are now booked. As always great work GR - that's why we book with you rather than with someone like SAGA or Viking.
The fact that telephone calls are answered very quickly , and efficiently . The tour guide obviously knew his subject and was very informative .

We had found our favourite journey in the brochure, but weren’t sure about the actual inclusions, so phoned the office just to check that. The agent was able to check 100% for sure that one element we really wanted was definitely included for our departure date, and then took our booking in no time flat! We were absolutely delighted with the service and can’t wait for our holiday :-)

Adele was intelligent and exceptionally helpful and competent. As gold customers, we know the ropes. Would you like more feedback on the canal cruises which we found to be the most enjoyable of all ? (Unfortunately we have now done them all.)

Disingenuous Cost quote: Told when booking price going up @ close on 7th April. Website price on 8th is £75 less !! .
