Thank you for your feedback, and apologies for the delay with your delivery. Looking at parcel tracking, the goods were despatched same day but there was a delay with it leaving their sorting depot. We've requested feedback from FedEx as to why the parcel delayed, and we understand the goods are out for delivery today. Apologies for the delay, which we understand was frustrating and not common practice with our usually reliable delivery partner.
I dont normally write reviews but protrade went above and beyond to get my package delivered before Christmas and included a lovely free gift highly recommended company thanks

I recently placed an order for some new tool boxes and pouches. The prices are hard to beat and there seems to be deals everywhere you look, I have probably saved upwards of £200 using Protrade. I later found out one of the pouches I had ordered was a pre order item, a quick email to the sales department where I was dealt with by Ian Flinders and my item was swapped out for an in stock alternative. Ian’s customer service has been excellent, I’ll be sure to order from Protrade again.

Ordered late on Thursday evening and was sceptical about the next working day delivery but after receiving continuous updates, the products were delivered mid-morning on Monday. Very impressed to say the least!

Great company to deal with, sadly due to factors outside of Protrades control my order could not be fulfilled. Refunded within 30 mins of contacting Dean from Protrade. Will look forward to dealing with them in the future!

Great service. Had been looking at a Lamello zeta p2 for a while and once ordered it arrived the next day. Never bought from Protrade before and was a bit concerned at first as it is an expensive tool but very happy with both, tool and the service

Been getting my screws from Joinery Fit-Out Supplies/Pro-Trade for over 12 years now, I have tried others every now & again, but so far the screws I get from Pro-Trade are the best, by far.

I was looking for a Toughbuilt framers tool belt/rig and looked at various sites. After comparing prices, I found Protrade had the lowest, so took a chance and ordered.
I'd not heard of this company before and as it advertised the lowest price, I could only hope they weren't a shady company.
Needless to say, I was extremely pleased when my rig arrived less than 24 hours after ordering!

This is the first time I bought anything from Protrade and it won’t be the last. For the products I bought the information on the site was really good giving more than enough detail to help me decide exactly what I needed.
The prices were also very good.
The only downside was paying for FedEx 24 when FedEx failed to deliver within the time window they advised. They actually delivered at the end of the day after and never provided any updates to say the delivery was delayed. Checking the tracking number the next day FedEx was still saying that it was scheduled for delivery in the morning of the day before.
Fortunately I had other stuff to do while waiting for FedEx to show up.
It would be good to have a choice of shipping as FedEx are terrible and really puts me off the whole experience.
