The flag displayed as waving in (seemingly) CGI doesn't seem to be the one used consistently, but it seems like it might be either right or wrong.
Both websites of the RoA show the waving flag prominently, and the website that they use nowadays doesn't even have that GIF version.
That wouldn't explain this map over on the old website's flag page though, which seems to show a 1-2 ratio. However the star doesn't touch all the edges like it usually does there so I don't know what's even going on now.

The file has been marked as requiring an update since 2017. The numbers are based on pre-recession data, so now that the economic changes due to Covid have been and gone, it's in even more need of an update. I found the data source based on some guesswork (it's what the Bank of England labels "LPMAUYM") and made a new SVG graph in Google Sheets. I made a sort of extensive discussion post here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File_talk:Flag_of_Uzbekistan.svg about why the colors of the flag of Uzbekistan should be changed. Basically, the colors used for the Wikipedia flag do not correspond with how the flag is actually flown. Several people have tried to change the colors of the flag in the past as evidenced by the edit history of the svg file but I think I'm the first person to give a case as to why. This image is low-resolution and fuzzy. Clearly a lazy screenshot. I managed to locate the appropriate page in the linked PDF source, and extracted the bitmap data using pdfimages on the command line. I then used GIMP to give the image an appropriate crop that does give the image a consistent amount of padding on all sides, unlike the current version of this image. My final product is a 2226x1389 image stored in 1-bit-per-pixel Grayscale (the only colors are black and white), with a file size of just 59 KB. I would like to upload my superior product.

Funny note, the image is not found on page 584 of the book as the Commons page currently suggests, because the book ends on page 526. After some searching, I eventually found the graphic on page 362.
