- The video showcased the movie star's elaborate proposal to his now-wife Emily

- Social media users called it a 'red flag' and an 'unhinged display of narcissism'
Justin Baldoni has once again come under fire from fans after his 27-minute proposal video to wife, Emily, resurfaced, as fans have branded it as a 'red flag' that they overlooked.
It comes just a few days after the actor's It Ends With Us costar, Blake Lively, filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him.
The video, which was originally posted on YouTube in 2013, was produced by Justin's production studio, Wayfarer Studios, and showcased the movie star's elaborate proposal to his now-wife Emily.
In it, he brought her to the restaurant where they had their first date, and played her a pre-recorded clip that showed him performing his own renditions of a slew of popular songs, complete with eye-popping costumes and backup dancers.
Amid his recent legal battle, fans have been discussing the video in droves online, and some called it a 'red flag' and an 'unhinged display of narcissism.'
The 27-minute long clip began by showing Justin preparing the proposal at the Blu Jam Cafe in Los Angeles.
He lit candles and placed hidden cameras around the restaurant to capture the moment he got down on knee.
He then called Emily and told her to meet at the restaurant where the two had their first date for a 'surprise.'

Once she arrived, she was led to a beautifully decorated table.
Justin then played her a pre-recorded video that he had made through a TV in the restaurant.
The video showed Justin attempting to propose to Emily during a fake appearance at a radio station, but his plans were foiled when the microphone went out.
He assured the radio station that he will find 'something else,' before the video cut to him singing three different songs with his friends dancing in the background - NSYNC’s God Must Have Spent a Little More Time on You, Boyz II Men’s I’ll Make Love to You, and ABBA’s Dancing Queen.
The clip then transitioned to Justin preforming in a flash mob to Bruno Mars' hit, Marry You, complete with a dramatic fake crime scene, which then turned into a fake movie trailer about the proposal.
The pretend movie teaser included a sweet montage of photos and videos of Emily, during her time spent with Justin.
After that, Just was filmed outside the restaurant, having an emotional moment with his parents, before he walked into the café in real-time to greet Emily in real life.
'I've never been happier, I've never been sadder, I've never been more angry, life's never been more beautiful,' he said.

'You make me a better man, and I was thinking about how to do this, and I know the only thing you care about is family, and so I wanted my family to be here.'
He even flew in Emily's mom to be with them for the special moment.
Justin then proposed to Emily, telling her that he wants to spend his life with her as he got down on one knee.
Of course, she said yes - and the two later married in Corona, California, in July 2013.
This past summer, Justin's proposal video was re-shared on TikTok, with many branding it as the 'best proposal' that they'd ever seen at the time - but now many are looking at the video in a different light.
'Just saw Justin Baldoni proposal video and oh man,' someone wrote on X, along with a meme of someone waving a big, red flag.
'Feeling vindicated because I have ALWAYS thought Justin Baldoni was sketchy ever since he released that one-hour long dance mob cringe-fest proposal video on YouTube in 2013,' another person typed.
Someone else admitted, 'I said this when it came out and was told I hate love for thinking it was an unhinged display of narcissism.'

In documents obtained by TMZ, Blake claimed that Justin created a toxic work environment, showed her nude images and videos of women, and talked to her about his alleged previous porn addiction, among many other alleged incidents.
