The duo appeared more loved-up than ever as they posed arm in arm and laughed together as they walked the red carpet at the star-studded event.

Annabelle, best known for her role as Grace Burgess in the hit BBC period crime drama Peaky Blinders, was playing a supportive role on Sunday for her partner who was nominated for not one but two awards.

Sebastian was in the running for Best Actor in a Drama for his portrayal of Donald Trump in The Apprentice, and Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy for A Different Man.

Although the Pam & Tommy star missed out on the Best Actor in a drama to Adrien Brody, he did take home a gong for A Different Man.

This film is centered around Sebastian's character Edward who is an aspiring actor undergoes a radical medical procedure to drastically transform his appearance, but his new dream face quickly turns into a nightmare.

Sebastian's loss to Adrien in the Drama category comes after the star revealed he had to cancel his appearance on Variety's Actors on Actors because other Hollywood stars 'were too afraid' to talk about Donald Trump.

The star, who portrays the President-elect in his new biopic attended a screening of the movie in November, where he said that he was supposed to take part in the new season of the talk show.

The unique format of the show features a series of interviews where two actors from different films or TV shows have candid conversations.

However, Sebastian had to drop out of the show when no other actor would take part and risk having to speak about the controversial political figure.

'I couldn't find another actor to do it with me, because they were too afraid to to go and talk about this movie. So I couldn't do it,' Sebastian said in a video shared by one of the attendees on YouTube.

'We couldn't get past the publicists or the people representing them, because [they were] too afraid to talk about this movie,' he went on.

He then expressed concern about people becoming too afraid or uncomfortable to have honest conversations, and how it could lead to a 'problem.'

'That's when I think we lose the situation. Because if it really becomes like that — fear or that discomfort to talk about this — then we’re really going to have a problem.'

This is not the first time Sebastian has been vocal over a project he has worked on.

Sebastian called out a reporter for describing his co-star Adam Pearson as a 'beast.'

The Marvel star and Adam, 39, were promoting their upcoming movie, A Different Man, earlier this year at the Berlin Film Festival in September.

The film follows Edward (Sebastian) who undergoes facial reconstructive surgery, but later becomes fascinated by Oswald (Adam), an actor who portrays him in a stage play.In real life, Pearson has neurofibromatosis, a condition that causes benign tumours to grow on nerve tissue.

During a Q&A, Sebastian hit back at a journalist who called his character Edward a 'beast' prior to undergoing his surgery.

'What do you think happens after the transformation from this so-called beast, as they call him, to this perfect man?' the reporter asked.

Sebastian replied: 'I am gonna call you out a bit on the choice of words there, because I think part of why the film is important is because we often don't have maybe even the right vocabulary.

'I think it's a little more complex than that, and obviously there's language barriers and so on, but you know, "beast" isn't the word I think.'

'I think ultimately it's just interesting to hear this point, because I feel to some extent that's one of the things the film is saying, you know, is that we have these preconceived ideas,' the actor added.

'We're not really educated on how to really understand this experience. So I can't really speak to that, one of the things I love about the movie is that he's offering you a way to kind of look at it.'

'Hopefully if you can have the same objective point of view while you're experiencing the film, then maybe you can pick apart the initial instincts that you have, and maybe those aren't always the right ones.'
