Sam Asghari and his bombshell girlfriend Brooke Irvine were spotted leaving a gym in Los Angeles looking blissfully happy on Sunday.
The model/actor/DJ, 30, and real estate agent who used to be married to Britney Spears held hands as they walked down the street in the Studio City, California neighborhood.
Sam wore a white muscle shirt, black shorts and a ball cap and carried a backpack over one shoulder.
Lauren, who has a background in competitive cheerleading, showed off her rock hard abs in a cropped white sweatshirt. She also wore black leggings and a black ball cap as she carried her phone in one hand.
The couple went Instagram official with their relationship on January 1.

It's the Traitor's competitor's first relationship since he filed for divorce from Britney in August 2023 after 14 months of marriage and six years together.
The divorce was officially finalized in May of last year when the pair reached a settlement.
Now insiders have revealed that Britney has nothing but well-wishes for her former partner of over six years.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, a source stated: 'While she is so happy that he has found a beautiful blonde woman who is more his age, her only hope is that he treats her with the love and respect that she deserves and spends quality time with her rather than playing video games all day long.
'Britney is not looking back and has nothing but love for him and Brooke.'
Brooke, who handles real estate sales in Beverly Hills, Brentwood and the westside of Los Angeles, was first spotted with Sam back in September.
Sam recently reflected on what he'd learned while in a relationship with Britney.
'I've learned a lot in the past five or six years being exposed to that (darker) side of Hollywood. And it's quite a blessing,' Sam, 30, told Page Six.

'You have to be careful in every industry,' he added, 'Not just in Hollywood. You have to always be careful and protect yourself and protect the people that you love.'
Sam and Britney, 43, started dating in November 2016 after meeting on the set of her music video for Slumber Party.
The couple married on August 9, 2022, once Britney was free from her more than decade-long conservatorship.
But less than a year later, the couple had separated. Their divorce was finalized in May 2024.
'I just wish her the best,' Sam told the outlet. 'I think that the number one factor of a partner is to be there for one another, no matter what.'
And he will never speak badly of the Circus singer, adding, 'There's never ever a need to take advantage of anybody.
'We all go through this life and we go through different chapters and you meet people along the way and they are a big part of your life. You're just always thankful for every moment that you spent with people in the past.'

'That is what I'm focused on at the moment. And [a] career is something that's going to require 100 percent of your time, and I'm really putting all that effort and putting all of my mindset towards acting… [and my] producing career.'
