Lottie Moss has admitted the real challenge on Celebrity Bear Hunt was her mental health.
The model, 27, has joined a star-studded lineup including Boris Becker, Shirley Ballas and Una Healy on the new Netflix series, which sees stars dropped into the jungle in Costa Rica as prey for one of the world's most fearsome predators – Bear Grylls.
As part of the show, stars learn crucial survival skills while camping in the Costa Rican jungle, desperate to avoid being caught by Bear.
And Lottie has said she found tackling her mental health the most challenging part and hopes the series with 'boost her self-esteem'.
Speaking ahead of the first episode, which hits screens on February 5, Lottie admitted: 'I’ve struggled a lot mentally so that’s probably the biggest challenge of my life really.
'I think this is more physical though and it’s quite exciting. I really want to challenge myself actually.

'I’ve been through a lot in the past few years and I just want to do something that I can be proud of and maybe think to myself wow, you took this on and you actually did it.
'I’m very self-critical and doubtful but if I can prove to myself I can do these sorts of things it will boost my self-esteem.'
The show is a significant step in her evolving career, especially as she takes a hiatus from OnlyFans.
It follows a period of personal challenges, including addressing mental health issues, signalling a new chapter in her journey of personal and professional growth.
She previously broke down in tears as she candidly spoke to her fans about her anxiety struggles in a TikTok video.
Lottie, who started modelling at age 16 for Teen Vogue, discussed how being a model in her teens made her succumb to drugs and alcohol because of the industry she worked in.
Lottie admitted that the reason she got a face tattoo and started an OnlyFans page was to 'rebel so hard away from an industry that made her sad all the time'.
But now she shared she is facing increasing anxiety trying to figure out 'who she really is'.

She said: 'Oh, I don't even know where to start. I think it's just really important to talk about things and like I'm not very active on social media, because I've been so bad in the past about it and I get some horrible comments about things.
'But I really want to be more open and talk about things on TikTok because I think it's important to show people that life isn't as shiny and bright as it is on social media.
'I have struggled so much since I was young with depression , anxiety and problems with addiction and becoming a model and being in that industry made it very difficult for me not to feel that way and just succumb to drugs and alcohol whenever I felt sad.
'I've been in a habit of doing that for the rest of my life up until now. And I've just got to a point where now I don't even know who I am and it's just like navigating your 20s f****** suck.'
She added: 'I think sometimes you become this person who you don't like, know or even recognise. I think I've gone to that place today where I just don't know who I am. Since I got my face tattoo and started OnlyFans, I was like, "Is this even what I want to be doing?"
'I think I rebelled so hard away from an industry that made me sad at the time and I just rebelled so hard away from being that person because I was so miserable being that person. But then I don't even like me now, so I'm like "Who the f*** am I?"'
She added: 'I just need to know that other people are feeling this way and that I'm not going crazy. I feel like I isolated myself from so many people that do and did care and now I feel so alone.
'I feel like I should be grateful as I have so many good things in my life but I just don't feel happy in myself.'
Celebrity Bear Hunt will be released on Netflix on Wednesday, February 5.
