This anime answers the question, what if super hero battles were solely based off emotion. In this series, it was difficult to tell whom was the hero and anti-hero, besides for having it in the name it leaves the viewer on a cliffhanger wondering if the opponents are actually bad.
I believe this series is more for those who like emotional, back-story driven plots. The affects and animation were good, but the series didn't really pull me in. I would have thought it was a series more for females but based off of the vote statistics they liked it even less.

Earth was on the brink of a third World War when super-powered individuals came forth from each country around the globe, ending the conflict and ushering in a new era of relative peace. Among those heroes, Japan is represented by a timid young girl known as "Shy."
