One day a young boy named Kouhei discovered a package at his school. When he opened the package he discovered five small dolls inside. Suddenly the dolls began to move and the leader, Microman, said that they came from a planet in Outer Space named "Micro Earth".

Microman has come to protect the Earth from "Acroiyar" who plans to conquer it. Can Microman and his four allies succeed?
