Hasegawa Hiroshi is an animation planner and producer, and the founder/representative director of Studio Deen.

He worked as a finishing/clean-up inspector at Studio Sunrise until he founded Studio Deen in 1975, which at that time was just a finishing studio. In 1982 Deen was made into an animation production studio.
