|I am well-schooled in the Constitution, U.S. history, and contemporary issues. My experience includes activity as a union representative, community activist, and youth worker. I have been an activist for more than 50 years, beginning with opposition to the Vietnam war, and continuing through work as a community organizer, on anti-poverty programs, and as a union leader. I was President of CWA Local 4501 with lead roles as an organizer, spokesperson, strike leader, and chief negotiator. I have studied at OSU Law School on the subjects of elections, legislation, environment, constitution, banking, arbitration, and international human rights.
- I oppose stereotyping, cults, factions, sexism, racism, and other forms of discrimination.
- Coal is the past. Wind, solar, and batteries are the future. That's where the jobs are.
- The Republican Party has been taken over by extremists who have abandoned core American values.
Promoting youth futures by welcoming all youth 10-18 in programs to foster respectful regular dialogue with older students, workers, and retirees through zoom or in person.
