Paul Takac (Democratic Party) is a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 82. He assumed office on December 1, 2022. His current term ends on November 30, 2026.
Takac (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to represent District 82. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Paul Takac lives in Happy Valley, Pennsylvania. Takac graduated from Orchard Park High School in New York in 1983.[1] He earned a B.A., cum laude, in anthropology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo in 1987, an M.A. in archaeology/anthropology from Southern Methodist University in 1991, and an M.S. in nutrition and integrative health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2018. His career experience includes working as an account executive and region manager for K-12 and higher education for Apple.[2]
Takac was a member of the College Township Council and was chair of both the Spring Creek Watershed Commission and the Centre Region Council of Government's public safety committee.[3]
