The Ohio House of Representatives appointed Sims as representative for District 33 on February 7, 2024, to replace Tavia Galonski (D).[1]
Biography
Sims earned a B.S. in political science and Criminal Justice and a Master's of Public Administration from the University of Akron. She has been the special projects and government affairs administrator for Akron Summit Community Action Inc.[2]
