Biography
Vincent Cuevas was born in Tarzana, California. He has served in the United States Air Force since 2000. Cuevas pursued his undergraduate education at the Community College of the Air Force and Columbia State Community College; he earned a graduate degree from Bethel University in 2018.[1]
