Meekness, temperance; against such there is no law.

With all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering,

Let your gentleness be known to all men; the Lord is at hand.

Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness, and forbearance, and long suffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart, and ye shall find rest to your souls.

This was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold thy king cometh to thee, meek and sitting on an ass, even a colt, the fole of an ass.

But Jesus seeing it was much displeased and said to them, Suffer little children to come to me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee. Go, and sin no more.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits,

Happy are the meek; for they shall inherit the earth.

Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long-suffering:

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, fidelity, Meekness, temperance; against such there is no law.

I therefore the prisoner of the Lord beseech you, to walk worthy of the calling wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering,

But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in any fault, ye who are spiritual restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

But we were gentle in the midst of you, even as a nurse cherisheth her own children.

Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready for every good work: To speak evil of no man, not to be quarrelsome, to be gentle, shewing all meekness toward all men.

And be ye kind one to another, tender-hearted; forgiving one another; as God also for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
