While Peter was still speaking these truths, the Holy Spirit fell upon all who were listening to the message. For you do not have a sense of servitude to fill you with dread again, but the consciousness of adopted sons by which we cry, "Abba," that is, "Father."

A curse upon anyone who does not love the Lord! Our Lord is coming.

And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, "Abba," that is, "Father."

They had over them as king the angel of the abyss; in Hebrew he is called Abaddon, in Greek, Apollyon.

So they mustered the kings at the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon.

Many of the Jews read this placard, because the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and it was written in Hebrew, Latin, and Greek.

As he was about to be taken into the barracks, Paul said to the colonel, "May I say something to you?" The colonel asked, "Do you know Greek?
