23 Bible Verses about Man's Authority Over The Devil

and to have authority to cast out the demons:

And he called to him his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every sickness.

so that handkerchiefs or aprons were even carried from his body to the sick, and diseases left them and the evil spirits went out.

So I would have younger widows marry, bear children, manage their homes, and give the enemy no occasion for reproach.
