Thou shalt not steal.

Let the stealer steal no more, but rather let him toil, working what is honest with his hands, that he may have to distribute to him that has need.

The thief comes not but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I am come that they might have life, and might have it abundantly.

Ye shall not steal, and ye shall not deal falsely, and ye shall not lie one to another.

Put not confidence in oppression, and become not vain in robbery; if wealth increase, set not your heart upon it.

Do ye not know that unrighteous persons shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not err: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who make women of themselves, nor who abuse themselves with men, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor abusive persons, nor the rapacious, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall certainly be put to death.

If a man steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it, he shall restore five oxen for the ox, and four sheep for the sheep. If the thief be encountered breaking in, and be smitten so that he die, there shall be no blood-guiltiness for him. If the sun be risen on him, there shall be blood-guiltiness for him; he should have made full restitution: if he had nothing, he would have been sold for his theft.read more.
If the stolen thing be actually found alive in his hand, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep, he shall restore double.

As a thief is ashamed when he is found, so shall the house of Israel be ashamed they, their kings, their princes, and their priests, and their prophets --

They do not despise a thief, if he steal to satisfy his soul when he is hungry: and if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house.

Two things do I ask of thee; deny me them not before I die: Remove far from me vanity and lies; give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with the bread of my daily need: lest I be full and deny thee, and say, Who is Jehovah? or lest I be poor and steal, and outrage the name of my God.

if the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had taken by robbery, walk in the statutes of life, doing nothing that is wrong; he shall certainly live, he shall not die.
